All orders will be shipped UPS Ground or United States Priority Mail, whichever is most economical (unless otherwise requested). Shipping charges apply to the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada shipping charges will be extra (Please e-mail us for a quote). Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping time. All orders shipped through Fedex include signature required delivery. In the event of a back order, you will be notified immediately and given the opportunity to cancel your order without penalty. Different colors and styles can be special ordered. Any backorders or special orders requested by the customer require full payment in advance.
Return Policy
No refunds will be given on any returned item. Only exchanges or store credit is allowed, subject to the following conditions and restrictions:
There will be no exchanges or credit given on all electrical merchandise, special orders, specialized or personalized items.
A restocking fee of 35% will be charged on all exchanged and credited merchandise, cancelled orders and layaways.
Returned merchandise must be unused, unopened, uninstalled and in its original packaging to avoid restocking fee.
Parts cannot be returned or exchanged if modified, painted or used.
Wheels and tires which have been mounted CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
