Typographical Errors
In the event that a Zero Hour Motorsports product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Zero Hour Motorsports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Zero Hour Motorsports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Zero Hour Motorsports shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Terms
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Zero Hour Motorsports without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Zero Hour Motorsports may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Zero Hour Motorsports.
Conditions of Sale
•Customers will indemnify and release Zero Hour Motorsports and its employees from all liability and damages incurred as a result of any work performed or products sold by Zero Hour Motorsports at the customer´s request.
•ALL credit card purchases are subject to a 3.5% surcharge. We accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (4.5% surcharge).
•No refunds will be given on any returned item. Only exchanges or store credit is allowed, subject to the following conditions and restrictions:
There will be no exchanges or credit given on all electrical merchandise, special orders, specialized or personalized items.
A restocking fee of 35% will be charged on all exchanged and credited merchandise, cancelled orders and layaways.
Returned merchandise must be unused, unopened, uninstalled and in its original packaging to avoid restocking fee.
Parts cannot be returned or exchanged if modified, painted or used.
Wheels and tires which have been mounted cannot be returned or exchanged, unless approved by management in writing same day.
•On all special orders or customized/personalized parts, full payment is needed before order will be processed.
•Custom-made items must be paid in full at the time of order. No exceptions.
•All engine, exhaust, performance and modification parts are legal in all 48 states for RACE ONLY and my never be used upon public highways.
•Except as expressly set forth herein, Zero Hour Motorsports does not provide any expenses or implied warranties for any products or items sold or installed by Zero Hour Motorsports.
•Zero Hour Motorsports will process special orders in the most timely and efficient manner; however Zero Hour Motorsports will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control
